I've got 2 hp t5325 devices, the one in that thread works fine except for ethernet issue. The one in this thread was faulty and I couldn't install uboot from the stock os.by kalehrl - Debian
It won't boot all the way. WARNING: Caches not enabled is the last line and I waited more than 5mins but nothing.by kalehrl - Debian
Ok, thank you very much.by kalehrl - uBoot
Aha, thanks. Can I install the new uboot permanently using serial console?by kalehrl - Debian

Thank you for your offer but I'm in Serbia. I can order it from China but it would take a month to arrive so I'll try to source it locally. Bummer!by kalehrl - uBoot
Damn! My CP2102 USB TTL arrived but the cables don't fit the on-board socket! I need to find 4pin micro jst connector.by kalehrl - uBoot

That's how I was trying to catch netconsole output but to no avail.by kalehrl - uBoot
It's no use. There is no t5325 in my local network anywhere. nc -lup 6666 192.168.1.10 6666 Does nothing. Well, I'll wait for my programmer to arrive and then see what the problem is. Thank you for your help so far.by kalehrl - uBoot
What is the default port? I'm trying with this command line but nothing appears: .\nc -l -u 192.168.1.10 -p 6666by kalehrl - uBoot
What's that? I thought it was putty from windows accessing a remote box.by kalehrl - uBoot
Not yet because it will arrive at the beginning of the next week.by kalehrl - uBoot
Thank you. I installed the uboot following this thread and everything went fine. No errors were reported. I also created Debian rootfs following another thread. I used fw_setenv ipaddr '192.168.1.10' as it was previously assigned to t5325 by my router and fw_setenv serverip '192.168.1.2' which is the ip of my PC because I use it to connect to t5325 . Just a quick question. What ipaddr and serverip should I put in netconsole? /tmp/sdb1/usr/bin/fw_setenv ipaddr 'xxx.xxx.x.xxx' /tmp/sdb1/usr/bin/fw_setenv serverip 'xxx.xxx.x.xxx' Is it the fixed ip address I want to assign to t5325 in local network? What is serverip? Router ip address?by kalehrl - uBoot
I've got a 32bit Debian stable and I guess kwboot from u-boot-tools should work.by kalehrl - Debian
These are some screenshots I made during booting the bad hp t5325. I'm waiting for CP2102 USB TTL to arrive. I read about kwboot and I have a Linux laptop so I believe I can just install u-boot-tools and get kwboot binary without the need to search for precompiled binaries.by kalehrl - Debian
I seem to have received a faulty hp t5325 with bad flash. The unit won't boot and reports kernel panic and errors in squashfs. I tried flashing the latest official software from the hp, it installs without errors but again errors pop up. Sometimes the unit boots fine but shortly afterwards it freezes. Is there any way I can salvage it while I wait for another one to be sent? Thank you.by kalehrl - Debian
Thank you for the reply and I'm looking forward to your instructions how to flash the rootfs in the internal memory. Is it possible for you to provide a minimal command line rootfs, the one you would get just by installing Debian minimal system or is this already that kind of rootfs? I guess that way it would be smaller and therefore possible to be flashed in internal memory. If not, how difby kalehrl - Debian
Hello bodhi My HP t5325 is arriving tomorrow and I have already created Debian rootfs on a USB and hope it will work. I was wondering if it is possible to flash the rootfs in internal NAND because I will be needing all 4 USB ports? Thank youby kalehrl - Debian
