@Joey: This is OT. Today, I watched Bewitched (I think) and there was a mention of Cloud 9. So, I am just curious what is the Cloud 9 under construction ... in your signature.by habibie - Off-Topic
Joey, you can still get it before the offer is gone. The seller seems to offer 24 units at a time. The last 24 units were gone in two days. My friend told me her order has been shipped, but no tracking # (pretty risky). Also, my friend said the seller doesn't respond to her several questions. See if you will get any response when asking questions related to the product.by habibie - Off-Topic

If you had a PogoPlugPOGO-V4-A3-01 and/or any devices with some USB3 ports, perhaps you may wanna get this Syba SY-ENC50082 USB 3.0 SATA III HDD USB Charging & Docking station $19.99 - $15 rebate (from NewEgg) = $4.99. I just placed an order for one unit to use it as an external SATA port for my Linux Desktop computer. This way, I can simply plug my SATA HDD used on my PogoPlug Pro 02 to theby habibie - Off-Topic

Is this a clone of Andoer Z4? It looks identical to Andoer Z4 (even the specs), except it does not have the Andoer logo. The price is about 2/3 of the least price on an Andoer Z4.by habibie - Off-Topic
I told some friends about this device and got interested. So, they asked me several questions and one of them is if there is any FREE Chinese, Korean, and/or Japanese channels with TV series shows available to stream by this device. I have never used any InternetTV device, so I could not answer such a question. However, if you know then answer, I sure would appreciate you can chime in.by habibie - Off-Topic

So far, the only concern I have buying such a product from China is the cost to ship back to China (about US$30) if the product I receive is defective. If anyone here knows I can order this device from within the US, this may be great. PS: I searched through Google and found both Amazon (probably shipped from China) and NewEgg have this for about $90 while e-bay has it about $75 (shipped fromby habibie - Off-Topic
Hello Joey, I believe the one I have is a clone version and does NOT have any metallic sheet shields. However, after connecting it to a USB2 port on either my Linux Desktop Computer or PogoPlug Pro 02 for about 2 minutes, this AX88772B USB dongle gets and remains warm even though it is on idle. The other cheap one always remains cold even on a heavy usage. For a USB3, Asix also makes AX8817by habibie - Off-Topic
I am tempted to get this Andoer Z4 Android 5.1 TV Box RK3368 Octa-Core and probably hack it to run a pure Linux OS, instead of Android OS. What do you think?by habibie - Off-Topic

In view of my previous post on a USBNET dongle with an Asix AX88772B chipset, I finally managed to secure a free unit from a friend who bought it from here. Unlike shown on the pictures in the ad, it has 2 LEDs situated on the side without the blue logo. So, it does not look like the one in the ad. However, when I plugged it into my computer and/or PogoPlug Pro 02, it gets detected as the Asix AXby habibie - Off-Topic

I received my order for the 32GB microSD card. I did some tests using this Fight Flash Fraud (F3) utility with a USB2 microSD adapter on a USB2 port and found the average R/W throughput is about 17.43/6.76 MBps with a 30 GB verified capacity as shown below. AFAICT, this 32 GB microSD card isn't really bad for its price. ~ f3write /media/9016-4EF8/ Free space: 30.00 GB Creating file 1.h2wby habibie - Off-Topic

These inexpensive ZSUN WiFi TF / microSD Card Readers under US $12 seem to run OpenWRT. Any thought?by habibie - Off-Topic
I saw this very affordable 32GB microSD card and thought perhaps I should get it for my PogoPLug Pro. TBH, I don't have much experience with any microSD and/or SD cards. I sure would appreciate if anyone out here can give some pros and cons about using this microSD card to be used as a rootfs partition on a PogoPlug Pro.by habibie - Off-Topic
