With such a budget, I would rather spend it on any octa-core Android TV Boxes, i.e. 2018 H96 Pro+ 3GB/32GB Amlogic S912 Octa Core Android 7.1 TV Box 5G AC Dual WiFi US $18.99 + Free S/H, Smart TV BOX T95Z PLUS S912 Octa Core Android 7.1 2.4/5Ghz Dual Band WIFI UHD 4K US $20.99 + Free S/H, etc., to run ARMbian OS. From the sellers rating, I won't blame if you suspect the offers are a scam. Hoby habibie - Off-Topic

BTW, this 2+16GB T95Z Plus Android 7.1 Amlogic S912 US $8.66 + US $4.99 S/H = US $13.65 sounded like a scam, too. However, it has been around 3+ weeks and hasn't been pulled by eBay. The recent I did not bother to place an order is the hefty S/H cost (more than 1/2 the price of the item).by habibie - Off-Topic
Hello Joey, I would look for an Android TV Box + a 40" 4K LED TV. For performance with a budget, I would get an octa-core S912 system with 4/16 GB RAM/eMMC storage. You may be able to get by with a2 GB RAM using LUbuntu. Head out to eBay and start looking for inexpensive S912 Android TV Box with at least 2/16 GB RAM/eMMC storage. Just wanted to share this. Currently, MicroCenter has this Micro Center 32GB microSDHC Class 10 Flash Memory Card US $3.99 (only store pick up). Since I have bought some of this microSD card (8+ months ago), I have been using them on a TV Box (running CoreELEC) and a Raspberry Pi 0 (Rpi0). On the Rpi0, configured it as a small network storage with NFS. I use this NFS drive to share with severaby habibie - Off-Topic

I feel like this offer is a scam. The seller provided a valid tracking number issued 2 days prior my order was placed (just doesn't add up). I contacted the seller and no response. Lately, I have noticed some influxes of inexpensive (under US $20) S912 (octa core) Android TV Boxes on eBay and thought perhaps they are scams. Of particular interest was this offer, a Sunveil T95Z+ S912 octa core with 2/16 GB RAM/eMMC internal storage (sale ended) under US $20.
