No there isn't, I have fixed the issue. It had absolutely nothing to do with MAC addresses or the Pogoplug itself. It was a extremely simple but hard to figure out issue if you had no idea about it before. Finallyby ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Bodhi, The Pi Zeros in Ethernet gadget mode connected to the Pogoplug results in duplicate MAC addresses, I've decided to switch to using USB-Ethernet adapters for each Pi Zero I own instead to get around the issue. You may remove the modules I requested in future builds if you want, unless someone else here wants them.by ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Bodhi, Do you want me to explain the bridge network setup with the Pis? I have yet to set up docker and I'm new to docker so it'd be a while before I could post on that bit.by ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Bodhi, Thank you for compiling the kernel modules I needed. I just tested and my Raspberry Pi Zeros are now properly detected and I was able to bridge the Ethernet port with the Pi Zeros. I'm now using my Pogoplug to share internet to my Pi Zeros. I plan on using the Pogoplug as the master to share tasks with each Pi in a docker swarm.by ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Bodhi, Any updates with the kernel?by ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Bodhi, I'm fairly certain that 'cdc_eem' is the required module now but below is a list of modules running on my Raspberry Pi Zero. # lsmod Module Size Used by bcm2835_rng 16384 0 rng_core 16384 1 bcm2835_rng fixed 16384 0 uio_pdrv_genirq 16384 0 uio 16384 1 uio_pdrv_genirq schby ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Bodhi, I found out why I had an issue. Connecting the Pi Zero to my laptop in ethernet gadget mode the module "cdc_eem" gets loaded. "cdc_eem" is still missing on the Pogoplug. Can you fix that please?by ShapeShifter499 - Debian
It boots but I'm having a hard time getting my Raspberry Pi Zeros working using Ethernet gadget mode. They do not work trying to use "brctl" to bridge the Pogoplug ethernet with the Pi Zero usb0 interface.by ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Hi bodhi, Can you please compile support for the "cdc_ether" and "cdc_acm" modules in the kernel? I need it so I can make use of ethernet over usb and the "ethernet gadget" mode of the raspberry pi zero.by ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Hello Bodhi, The thread is too long to read through all of it. I'm just wondering what your patches fix over the mainline and why they haven't been added to the mainline kernel.by ShapeShifter499 - Debian
I have a OXNAS Pogo v3, I could see if it works in that. The black model with the pcie slot inside. I kind of skimmed this thread. What was the issue exactly?by ShapeShifter499 - Off-Topic
Has anyone tried updating the PCIe card's firmware? I have a similar Mini-PCIe card that was giving me all sorts of hell on a Acer Chromebook C710. Since I threw 12Gb of ram into that laptop and I had stopped using said laptop; I was planning on turning the laptop into a NAS. For the longest time I thought my drives were faulty as the whole system would throw errors causing all the USby ShapeShifter499 - Off-Topic

Only the serial? Is it safe to run this pogoplug with this damage?by ShapeShifter499 - Off-Topic
Hi, I have knocked a resistor and it's trace off the board near the serial trying to desolder wires I used for the serial and I'm not sure if I have just damaged it beyond use. I have two of these PogoPlug v4 with SATA docking ports so if I ruined one I have another to fall back on. I just want to know if I wrecked something terribly important or just the serial? I'm ok if ONLYby ShapeShifter499 - Off-Topic
SUCCESS!!! I had uploaded the uImage to my usb device and that didn't work, found out after analyzing the kernel panic that kept poping up in the serial window that the "root" wasn't set correctly. After doing this with a debian root fs I found here I now have a debian system running! It's only squeeze but I'm going to try updating that later. I have new issues tby ShapeShifter499 - Debian
In case anyone is wondering, this is my pogoplug boot arguments below, some of which came from this poster's uboot environment. http://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=36540#p36540 These still didn't worked on my device. Ok so I had arch running at some point but I tried flashing over the newer U-Boot and kernel found here http://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=36159 I think it worked but I think I also messed up the boot settings, the usb and nand will not boot. I ordered a serial cable, hooked everything up and got the following below when the device was booting, same exact thing when my arch usb iby ShapeShifter499 - Debian
Hi, On a whim I brought one of these Pogoplug Pro devices from a ebay trusted seller sale, 19 bucks. I thought it would be neat to have a extra server that took up little power around adding to one netbook I had already setup as a server. I never set up debian for a Pogoplug before and I was looking around to see if there was a newer kernel, I found this: http://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopiby ShapeShifter499 - Debian
