sorry -not possible. As identify.py said: "This in no known firmware!" The dpf needs to be based on the Buildwin SDK for AX206. This one is not. superelchiby superelchi - Displays
Did you try the script "build-dpf-lcd4linux.sh" from dpf-ax: $ ./build-dpf-lcd4linux.sh . . $ cd lcd4linux/ $ ./lcd4linux -l LCD4Linux 0.11.0-SVN-1193 Copyright (C) 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 The LCD4Linux Team <lcd4linux-devel@users.sourceforge.net> available display drivers: DPF : Hacked dpf-ax digital photo frame available plugins: cfg, mby superelchi - Displays

Yep. Vivitar uses alternate pins for the up / down keys. Did some pin-description-fiddeling in the header files. Please try attached fw. Up / down should work now. superelchiby superelchi - Displays
@Parkerlreed As you already discovered - not an AX206 or not based an the Buildwin-SDK. :( @Maxipes Please try attached fw. superelchiby superelchi - Displays

Please upload a copy of your original fw. I will have a look. superelchiby superelchi - Displays
@ Mingfeng sorry, nothinhg I can do Your dpf is not supported by dpf-ax. The dpf needs to be based on the Buildwin SDK for AX206. Yours is based an the SDK for AX208. superelchiby superelchi - Displays
Hi RaviShankar, sorry, I do not know any source for AX206 2,4" dpfs atm. Seems they are all sold out... superelchiby superelchi - Displays
Hi RaviShankar, I don't think AX208 SDK based based dpfs will be supported by dpf-ax. This is a whole new beast. And the SDK seems to be only available to BuildWin's customers. I guess you have to sign a NDA to get it. But if somehow the BuildWin AX208 SDK will be availabe on the net - how knows... superelchiby superelchi - Displays
