ZyXEL NSA325 booting issues after shutdown/reboot

Posted by meto
Hello all,

I found that I have an issue with my ZyXEL NSA325 v1 - it is not booting after shutdown/restart. The power-off procedure runs smoothly - it restarts/shuts down normally, but when try to turn it on again it fails. The GREEN SYSTEM LED does not stop blinking. If I try to boot with no HDDs or with only one drive installed (no matter which drive and no matter which SATA slot) the device boots normally. The last time that happened I was forced to delete all the data and to make and install RAW partitions. After I've done it the system boots fine with both drives installed. Now I have too much data and I have no option to transfer it elsewhere. Please, give me some advice what can I do?

Are you running stock FW? This problem usually can be seen better and solved if you connect serial console.
