Debian on NSA320 in stalled only on USB

Hi to everyone !


I'm new on this forum and 'ive read many post on how to install
debian on this little box

I'd like to try debian installed on usb without touching the original firmware
northe hard disk content but i'm little confused on what procedure is the correct one.

i've read these thread from this forum :

Zyxel NSA320 : basic support for Debian installation

Linux Kernel 3.12.0 Kirkwood package and rootfs (Non Flattened Device Tree)


but i'm not sure on what is the correct procedure to follow ...

The above procedure will replace uBoot, and create new rootfs.

The above procedure will create rootfs on a USB stick, leave the original FW untouched.
So try this first.
