Hi there,

the GoFlex capacity LEDs are connected to the following GPIOs:

Right capacity bar (HDD0)
41 => 100%
40 => 75%
39 => 50%
38 => 25%

Left capacity bar (HDD1)
45 => 100%
44 => 75%
43 => 50%
42 => 25%

GPIO output high => LED on

have you running a self flashed u-boot on Goflex Net?
