Easiest way to flash only the bootloader?

Hi folks,
I'm wondering what will be the easiest way to flash only the bootloader and not to create an usb-stick. Could someone lead my to an easy way by script?

Hi,
will this work??? 

cd /tmp
wget http://http://jeff.doozan.com/debian/uboot/install_uboot_mtd0.sh
chmod +x install_uboot_mtd0.sh
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/sbin:/sbin
./install_uboot_mtd0.sh

sorry I mean this: 

cd /tmp
wget http://jeff.doozan.com/debian/uboot/install_uboot_mtd0.sh
chmod +x install_uboot_mtd0.sh
