Dyndns using dockstar

Hi All,

I have setup my network,

internet <=> ADSL modem (192.168.1.1) <=> Wifi router (192.168.2.1) <=> dockstar (192.168.2.2)

I have sync my dynamic IP using ddclient, and it's showing ADSL IP in dyndns my account setting.

But when i open http://xxx.dyndns.org:<port>;, it shows ADSL modem setup web page.

Is there any port forwarding to be done in ADSL modem ?

regards
Jijo

If you look around (openwrt ?) you may find a script that does the dyndns update once in 30 days or when the ip changes and it checks once in 5 mins. I find that more compelling than using ddclient or any other software. Just my 2c.
