Hello everyone,
after an uptime of 137 days I ran into some little problems with my dockstar.
The rescue system still works fine, but everytime I boot with the USB disk attached the system only boots into ubit
root@192.168.192.64's password:
/etc/ubit/images:
/etc/ubit/ubimounts:
/etc/ubit/extramounts:
No valid U-Boot environment exists.
You need to reboot once to let U-Boot set its default environment
before the ethaddr setting can be updated, either directly or
with a cached value.
To cache a value, run:
ethaddr uu:vv:ww:xx:yy:zz
UBIT v0.6 by peaslaker 2010.11-00125-ga21bcca
ubit0-6:~#
fw_printenv says:
ubit0-6:~# fw_printenv
Warning: Bad CRC, using default environment
bootcmd=bootp; setenv bootargs root=/dev/nfs nfsroot=${serverip}:${rootpath} ip=${ipaddr}:${serverip}:${gatewayip}:${netmask}:${hostname}::off; bootm
bootdelay=5
baudrate=115200
The USB disk is allright, fsck shows no errors; if hot-plugged it is recognized by the rescue system without any problems.
Anyone got an idea how to solve the problem???
Fortunately there's no data lost, but I would like to get my tiny fileserver back to work.
Best Regards,
Dirk
