hi, new install worked perfect for a couple of days,

but now i cant boot into debian anymore, only pogoos. how can i change that? i dont want / need pogo, only debian

Here is no solution, but a possible workaround: Press the Reset button on the box. My box seems to cold boot into PogoPlug, but warm boot into Debian. As I intend to let it run, this is not a big problem for me.
