Deluge Scheduler on Dockstar Debian

I had installed Deluge for torrenting. I am looking to schedule the torrents as my Internet package is night unlimited. I had installed scheduler plugin but it is not useful. I tried to update deluge but it shows deluge is upto date, deluge latest version is 1.3.2 and my deluge shows 1.2.3. Is there any way to schedule deluge for particular time period and even can we schedule dockstar to boot at particular time. Please help.

Try Cron for starting and stopping Deluge.

I tired scheduling deluge using cron and added "deluge" to run it but its not working.
What is the correct command to run deluge "deluge" and "deluge-ui daemon".
