If the NSA325 has enough NAND Flash (>=128MB), then a Emdebian install in NAND should not be too difficult.

Does anyone know how to put the rootfs in internal flash of hp t5325?
I've managed to trim down the original rootfs to 300MB so it can fit the internal flash.

There is no need to do anything special for the T5325. The internal NAND flash for T5325 has SATA interface (it is sda1).

So you just mount the sda1 disk and tar the basic rootfs Debian-4.12.1-kirkwood-tld-1-rootfs-bodhi.tar.bz2 on it. Or tar your trimmed down rootfs on it. The same rule applies: label the sda1 partition rootfs. And unplug the USB drive. Boot as normal.

And please post follow up question in this T5325 Debian thread: https://forum.doozan.com/read.php?2,25473
