There is no need to do anything special for the T5325. The internal NAND flash for T5325 has SATA interface (it is sda1).
So you just mount the sda1 disk and tar the basic rootfs Debian-4.12.1-kirkwood-tld-1-rootfs-bodhi.tar.bz2 on it. Or tar your trimmed down rootfs on it. The same rule applies: label the sda1 partition
rootfs. And unplug the USB drive. Boot as normal.
