Help pls on How to put uboot with netconsole on my ZyXEL NSA310 ?

I was able to buy a NSA310 (for 65 + 15 shipping) and planning to run squeeze on it. I successfully enabled ssh daemon and was able to login and "su" to root.

Here is my console and it is obviously using the serial interface.

I can "wget" from a command line and start from there. Is there a "howto" step by step? I can order an OEM nokia CA-42 or DKU-5 but I am poor in soldering skills.

You'll have to search around for NSA310 stuff. It is my understanding that it has a slightly different combination of components, perhaps an intel ethernet. (?)

Subtle differences should be understood before proceeding.

Hi Davy,

Thanks as usual. You helped me a lot on my Ls PRO LS250GL getting the netconsole to work. It is still running lenny on it ( I believe with your compiled image) with DNS, Samba Server and FTP. I'm about to ran out of space that is why I got this ZyXEL NSA310 at Provantage.

If it is different, Is there a way to compile my own uboot using my NSA310 which is running "BusyBox v1.1.1 (2011.07.15-11:19+0000) Built-in shell (ash)" ? Or I can use my Orion based NAS (Buffalo) to compile the uboot if I can find a source with netconsole.
