Pogoplug E02G for $24.99

Adorama Camera has Pogoplug E02Gs (that's the gray version of the normally pink E02 -- same innards) for $24.99 with free shipping. I ordered two and can confirm they really are the E02 with 256 MB of RAM. Both flashed the latest Jeff/davygravy uBoot with nary a complaint, so I just ordered two more. Don't know if it is significant overall, but the NANDs on my two looked pretty healthy: One had no bad blocks detected while booting. The other had one. If you want a good ARM processor to put to work or play around with (or stick on the shelf as a spare), this is a pretty reasonable deal. Don't know how many they have left, but here's the link:

The grays one are E02 for sure. Sometine you get unlucky with the pink ones, they turn out to be Oxnas and without wifi.

Already got one pink and one black e02s.

The slickdeals.net offering are clearly for the P21 (Pink) and B01 (Black) Pogos, not the E02. I don't know a lot about these, and the archlinuxarm.org site seems to be down right now, but I think (and someone correct me if I am wrong) that (1) both of these have only 128 MB rather than 256 MB of RAM memory, and (2) at least one of these has the slower albeit dual-core Oxnas processor, as bodhi points out. Has anyone jailbroken and loaded their own OS on one of these? If so, what can you report?

What you will get (which is luckily e02) most probably is not what they said(on the box).

I guess this might be the reason for such a good deal.

Yeah, they mis-labeled these for certain lots of production (I guess, or worse, did it on purpose because for regular customers they all function the same way), and people have discovered that some Pogo Pinks with a particular UPC are really E02 inside.
