Orange Pi 3 with 2GB memory, 8GB emmc, 4 X USB3.0 ports

seems very powerful on hardwares, the price: $39.90 not bad, just a little higher than raspberry pi 3B.

this SBC with 4 USB3.0 ports could be as an economic NAS, but complains still focus on overheating( if running as desktop, should be OK as server) and official image/support also awful. The good news is that armbian will support orange pi 3 soon.
