It is OK. You are running kernel 4.4.54-oxnas-tld-1. -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 111194 Mar 19 2017 config-4.4.54-oxnas-tld-1 -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 4621760 Mar 19 2017 zImage-4.4.54-oxnas-tld-1 -rw------- 1 root root 4621760 Mar 19 2017 vmlinuz-4.4.54-oxnas-tld-1 -rw------- 1 root root 1712926 Mar 19 2017 System.map-4.4.54-oxnas-tld-1 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 7378702 Mar 19 2017 lby bodhi - uBoot

Let's try kwboot with u-boot SPL for Clearfog. This image should be run with -p option. kwboot-x86_64 -f -t -B 115200 /dev/ttyUSB0 -b u-boot-spl-clearfog-tld-1.kwb -q 0 -s 1 -pby bodhi - Debian
BTW, have you got repsonse about U-Boot GPL yet? that would definitely make kwboot this box much easier.by bodhi - Debian

Hi Manuel, That's encouraging! even it did not start the box. What we need to see is the handshake occur right away and the image loading finishes. Let's try kwboot with these u-boot SPL. See if you can consistently start the box with one of these 3 SPLs .by bodhi - Debian

echowarrior108, Dont worry about it. That was just a name for the image. What actually inside the image is what count! That name could be anything you want it to be. The images were from kernel 4.4.54- oxnas-tld-1. So the kernel identification after it is running is always going to be 4.4.54-oxnas-tld-1. Echowarrior108, Some discrepancy here. During boot, u-boot loaded the images named with kernel 4.4.117-oxnas-tld-1. But the actual kernel you booting the rootfs with is 4.4.54-oxnas-tld-1. Wonder why do we need these GPIOs: static const unsigned char HDD0_ATTACH = 26; static const unsigned char HDD1_ATTACH = 27; Ah I think it is because these HDDs are hot-swapable. This could cause some problems!by bodhi - Debian

Here is DTB version 6 tarball for testing. I've modified the NAND definition to use armada-nand, similar to the NAS326 and WD MyCloud boxes. And modified bootargs. Copy the attached DTB to your USB rootfs /boot/dts/ folder. Power up, interrupt serial console and set the envs (note that we are not loading uInitrd). We want to ignore that for now and see if the USB drive is poweredby bodhi - Debian
