Infact if you used jeff's guideline it has you backup the original first. I have almost the same situation, except I am using a Pink V2 plug. In my search the only thing I have found is that the kernel loads a USB physical disk before a flash drive. I have not had any luck finding a work around this beside the "unplugging" of the usb physical, wait for boot, then plugging it back in. Which works just fine, but not what I am looking for. I hope someone adds tby wcr3d - Debian
Thank you Jeff, I got it restored. Still having trouble getting squeeze to reliably load though. I have tried several different sticks. Seems to be the problem with each, which I find strange.by wcr3d - uBoot
I've hosed my boot parameters. I can get to the Marvell prompt but thats it. It seems to have erased all the variables in all bootcmd. I only get "undefined". Its a pink pogoplug. Trying to get jeff's debian install up and running. Though I thought I had it running but lost it all after rebooting. Yes I have tried several reboots, with and without the usb stick. Guess the onlyby wcr3d - uBoot
I can/could get squeeze to boot fine with just the OS usb stick attached. I was attempting to make it a NAS and print server. It won't boot with the other ports occupied. Found this out by process of elimination. Now with all the reboots it won't boot to squeeze with JUST the OS usb stick attached. I can view netconsole just fine. Here's its output. (Re)start USB...
