Finally, I found this ULT-BEST SATA to eSATA Cable (with a L-shape head) US 90ยข (50% off) that fits well for the Internal port of a Pogoplug Pro 01, except its 20 CM cable is too long. I contacted the seller and are awaiting response if s/he has a shorter one. If you need one, feel free to grab it while it is still 50% off.by habibie - Off-Topic

I don't know if this ASRock AM1H-ITX AM1 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Mini ITX AMD Motherboard (US $48.99 + US $1.99 S/H - US $30 rebate = US $20.98) is any good deal or not from NewEgg, but just wanted to pass along for anyone here to grab. @Joey: You can basically download a debian USB image and (I believe) use dd utility to image the file to your USB memory stick. Then, boot your computer through the USB memory stick if you computer has a support to boot through a USB port. Otherwise, download/burn the live CD version and boot it on your computer.by habibie - Off-Topic

Bodhi, thank you. Apparently, the SATA HDD employs the so called Shingled Magnetic Recording (SMR) technology which is not good for a RAID architecture. It is good as a storage, though. Regardless, Bestbuy runs out of stock on this HDD. The 4 TBB version is the same price and also carries a $25 discount from a VISA checkout.by habibie - Off-Topic
Currently, Bestbuy has this Seagate - Expansion 5TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive $109.00 + Free S/H (or store pick up) - $25 off with VISA Checkout Discount = $84. What it does not say is internally it is a 5 TB SATA HDD. Can anyone confirm this? Otherwise, I would get one for my other GoFLEX Home unit which currently has no HDD but only enclosure case.by habibie - Off-Topic

@Joey: Sorry about the link. Perhaps, this NEXBOX A1 TV Box Amlogic S912 Octa Core 2G/16G KODI 4K WiFi for Android 6.0 (6 unit available as of this writing) from other seller will do. I don't know your location. However, if you can have an access to a nearby Fry's Electronics store, perhaps this WD Desktop Mainstream 1TB Internal Hard Drive Retail Kit WDBH2D0010HNC-NRSN $54.99 - $15.by habibie - Off-Topic

Long ago, I received some free LaFonera FON2100 WiFi routers and they no longer serve as a WiFi router. So, I converted some of them to a serial console device using a self-built OpenWRT to troubleshoot all my Linux embedded devices and it worked sans a problem, too. These days, I have used this inexpensive PL2303HX module to troubleshoot all my Linux embedded devices, i.e. Seagate GoFLEX Home/NEby habibie - uBoot

From the sale of this External USB 3.5" 1.44MB Floppy Disk Drive for Windows XP/7/iMac PC/MAC US, it looks like there is still a lot of demand for the use of a 3.5" 1.44 MB Floppy disc. May be it makes sense to you all, but just doesn't make sense to me.by habibie - Off-Topic
