Suddenly my NSA 325v2 with uboot and debian stopped working: it was on but unresponsive, not even getting it's ip from dhcp. Turning it off and on again i get this error :

Debian is on that SanDisk flash disk; maybe it's the flash disk that broke?

Odradek,

Is this rootfs Sandisk flash drive formatted as Ext3?

Take this drive to another Linux box and run e2fsck to fix file system errors. And bring it back, try booting again.

In that case, it's likely that the drive starting to have too many bad sectors. If you have installed many packages and did not do a backup, try backing it up to another flash drive.

Backup/Restore rootfs using tar command

first of all, thanks for help.
I am unable event to back it up because i cannot mount it for the same reason "read only", seems like i just have to buy another flash drive and start all over... problem is i forgot how to do it :)

Odradek,

You could try to mount it with ro option, see how it behaves.

got to mount it with -noload, backed it up and moved everything to another flash drive, now it boots!
Thanks again
