Have I completely damaged the Zyxel NSA320S?

There is currently no reaction,
The blue LED lights up when I connect the power supply.
You do not turn on, you do not react...

Hopefully not.

Connect serial console from a Linux box (e.g. Ubuntu VM), running kwboot to load the new u-boot overt UART and see if you can start it.

In the screenshots I have attached the situation after connecting USB to TTL and executing the kwboot command

Does this mean that the board is completely screwed up?

Please do not post pictures. Just copy the log (all text in the terminal window) and post here.

You've used the wrong u-boot image to kwboot. It should be:

uboot.2017.07-tld-1.nsa310s.mtd0.kwb
