How do you create an environment.img from a text file?

I have looked for instructions but haven't come across any.

I'll write a short tutorial on how to do this and put it up in the Wiki thread. Also how to create a u-boot script, too. They are long overdue on my ToDo list.

In the mean time, what you should search for is the command mkimage and its usage.
