Ok i'm not really sure how to explain my problem,

No LED's are on, Except for the network LED.

No Serial output,

Additionaly: i tried 
fma965@ubuntu:~/Desktop/kwboot-tool$ sudo ./kwboot -t -B 115200 /dev/ttyUSB0 -b uboot.uart
Sending boot message. Please reboot the target.../

But didn't get anything working. Any help will be great. Thanks.

There is not enough info here to undestand your problem!
Have you connected this serial converter to any other boxes to verify that it's working?

sorry late reply, since i got a nsa320 not bothered checking on the go flex home, however now i can confirm the serial adapter does work as i use it on the nsa320, thanks.
