I had a Debian dist-upgrade today that broke my front light by naming them back to shivaplug. The upgrade upgraded me to 3.16 I believe. I did the debian:~# echo "default-on" > /sys/class/leds/sheevaplug\:blue\:health/trigger debian:~# echo "none" > /sys/class/leds/sheevaplug\:red\:misc/trigger to fix but it was not persistent when I rebooted so I decided to graby feas - uBoot

I have an enormous amount of time on my hands due to health issues and am always looking for things to engage my mind. I am interested in learning how to do all this stuff (don't even know what you really call it) unlocking devices and installing linux on them to re-purpose them or add features. bodhi: As feas has warned below, the procedure in this post installs an old u-boot and old kernel on your Pogo E02, using Jeff's old script. So it will save a lot of time if you go straight to new u-boot and new rootfs installation threads, instead of follow this procedure. However, there are a lot of good information in this procedure and this thread, so I'd like to keep as a rby feas - Debian

Sorry this is going to be long but it may provide insight (other than my ignorance) to the issue. I started the process from here. I had issues with the Wheezy installer so I used the old Lenny version. It also gave me problems using wget. After finding that wget was not being found I tried to edit the script to include the path to busybox which got me to the second script which was on a readby feas - Debian
